Michi and Dirk's engagement portrait session was picture perfect! They were perfectly lit by the South Florida winter sun, reminding me why I love shooting and living here. We started at Riverbend Park where Michi and Dirk love to kayak and trail blaze and spend leisure time. Once we made our way around the spanish moss laced park, we headed to the Jupiter Lighthouse. Photographing part of their session was so important to Michi because to her the lighthouse was so symbolic in their long distance relationship. To her, the lighthouse represented the large body of water between them and the strength of the lighthouse or their love to find their way home.
